We are located on the shores of Sturgeon Lake in the Kawartha Lakes region located approximately 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto, Ontario. You are invited to join us in this healing environment provided by Mother Nature. You can experience many of the various moods of the lake, amazing sunrises, and you are offered the opportunities to create moments to relax and daydream. 

Our intention is to provide a space for you to quietly remember the whispers of promises you made to yourself! A time to listen to your heart. Our weekend is focused on healing, a peaceful boost to your energy and on restructuring your balance in life.
